大莊園始終關注員工成長與企業發展相結合,把員工成長列入企業的使命。堅持送高層骨干到清華大學EMBA學習,每年都會選送一批基層優秀員工去國外學習交流牛羊肉分割技術,同時成立了大莊園企業商學院,建立了企業個人、團隊學習和戰略研修相結合的培訓體系,同時積極開展員工文體生活和職業技能培訓,在全國首屆牛肉職業技能分割大賽上,獲得冠亞軍。
